Planning

• We help our customers in designing the package and selecting materials
• We offer the most suitable solution for good presentation of the product (e.g. carton, display box)
• With new launches we conduct the necessary stability testing and create test packages

Materials and production

• We acquire all necessary materials for the product on behalf of customer
• In material selection and all production phases we seek for the optimal choises with regards to the environment
• We monitor product quality in each phase and take counter samples every two hours

Delivery

• We always check the correct delivery content and make statement beforehand of any nonconfirmity
• We deliver products reliably and according to agreed delivery terms

After Sales

• We make sure our invoicing equates our delivery content
• We quickly rectify any possible errors or deficiencies in our products or deliveries
• We confidentally archive all product and customer specific data for ease of future projects
